The Daejeon hydrogen tram is a next-generation transportation system in Daejeon Metropolitan City that can operate for over 200 kilometers on a single charge and emits no pollutants such as carbon dioxide during operation.
This project will be carried out in phases, starting with the construction of a gaseous hydrogen charging station in Phase 1, followed by the expansion and integration of an atmospheric vaporization-type liquefied hydrogen charging station in Phase 2. Once the second phase is completed, facilities with a total capacity of over 300 kg/h will be established, enabling simultaneous charging of more than four hydrogen trams per hour. This marks the first case in Korea of implementing an atmospheric vaporization-type liquefied hydrogen charging station.
