The integrated bioethanol refinery is designed with a daily production capacity of 100 kiloliters of ethanol. The 1G section uses broken rice as feedstock, while the soon-to-be-operational 2G section will utilize agricultural residues such as rice straw and wheat straw.
This facility enables the extraction of ethanol from both food-grade feedstocks and agricultural waste at a single location, representing a landmark achievement in India's bioenergy innovation. It serves as a replicable model for future biofuel projects.
By combining advanced engineering, sustainable principles, and community benefits, TCE has demonstrated its expertise in supporting India's energy transition and renewable energy goals. Leveraging its multidisciplinary capabilities, the company continues to contribute to building a cleaner and more self-reliant energy system for India.
