Can we have our ball back? The residences will come with a rooftop football pitch
Last week, Damac presented Chelsea Residences at an exclusive event held at Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge stadium in Fulham, west London. The event drew investors and high-net-worth individuals, showcasing the project’s vision. The development will comprise 1,400 apartments across the towers, with Chelsea’s branding embedded in elements like concierge services and high-performance facilities. A prominent statue of the club’s lion emblem will stand at the entrance, and the towers will incorporate the club’s signature blue color.
The project includes distinctive amenities, such as a rooftop football pitch, an athlete performance center, a sports bar, a cryotherapy center, an aerial yoga studio, and forest relaxation pods. Former Chelsea players will host exclusive dinners at the “Captain’s Table.” Chelsea president Todd Kline stated: “This partnership signals an exciting chapter in the Chelsea story, bringing our club’s spirit and prestige into the real estate world.” Amira Sajwani, a managing director at Damac, added: “Chelsea Residences is the epitome of our philosophy to bring global partnerships to life through world-class design and lifestyle experiences.”
Apartment units, available in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, start at £470,000. The development aims to blend luxury living with Chelsea’s sporting legacy, offering residents access to unique facilities inspired by the club’s identity. This collaboration reflects a growing trend of integrating cultural and brand elements into real estate to create distinctive lifestyle experiences.
The Chelsea Residences project in Maritime City represents a fusion of sports, luxury, and innovation, aiming to attract residents and investors seeking a unique blend of modern amenities and football heritage in Dubai’s dynamic urban landscape.
