In May of this year, the overall performance experiment of the inner containment of the “Hualong No. 1” Fuqing Nuclear Power Unit 5 was completed, marking a major step forward for the “Hualong No. 1” technology. The construction of China's first "Hualong No. 1" nuclear power plant in Pakistan, Karachi Nuclear Power Project, which is under construction at the same time as the Fuqing nuclear power project, is currently being accelerated.
