By retrofitting equipment at large power plants, the annual usage of livestock manure solid fuel is projected to increase to 1 million tons by 2030. The number of solid fuel power generation units will also rise from the current 3 to 8 by 2028.
Furthermore, the Ministry plans to increase solid fuel production facilities to 25 sites by 2030 and establish standardized production processes utilizing existing composting facilities to enhance supply stability and economic efficiency.
