The Robotaxi service is designed to meet the growing demand for efficient urban mobility, offering a safe and reliable transport option for domestic use. By integrating autonomous vehicles into Riyadh’s transportation network, WeRide seeks to contribute to the city’s infrastructure development and enhance the overall travel experience.

This pilot program represents a collaborative effort to advance smart mobility solutions, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s broader objectives to diversify its economy and invest in future-focused technologies. The initiative is expected to create opportunities for further innovation in the transport sector, supporting the kingdom’s vision for a modern and sustainable urban environment.
