The project encompasses a wind farm, seven electrolysis centers for green hydrogen production, a desalination plant, an ammonia plant, and maritime infrastructure for shipping. These components aim to support sustainable energy production and distribution. The ammonia plant will be rolled out in phases, with a capacity to produce up to 10,800 metric tons daily.

The project’s website indicates that the environmental permit review is expected to take two years, with construction scheduled to start in 2027. This timeline reflects the thorough regulatory process required to ensure environmental compliance.
