The MoU outlines that CHC will contribute its global fleet and extensive operational expertise, while Court Helicopters will offer its in-depth local knowledge, operational capabilities, and established presence in Namibia. The collaboration aims to support both offshore and onshore operations, providing safe and reliable personnel transport as well as emergency response services throughout the region.
