Vestas has received a 554 MW order for an undisclosed wind farm in the US. The order consists of 123 V163-4.5 MW wind turbines, Vestas’ newest high-capacity factor wind turbine.
The orders include the supply, delivery and commissioning of the wind turbines, as well as a multi-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement, designed to ensure optimized performance of the asset.
Delivery of the wind turbines begins in the third quarter of 2026 and commissioning is planned for the first quarter of 2027.
