Green Energy Park and The State of Piaui, Brazil, have come together in a visionary partnership, signing a Letter of Intent (LOI) at the esteemed World Hydrogen Congress in Rotterdam.

Green Energy Park, a name synonymous with innovation and sustainable energy, is proud to unveil its ambitious 5 gigawatt upstream renewable production and export facility in Piaui, Brazil. Piaui has emerged as a trailblazing leader in the global hydrogen economy, harnessing cost-effective renewable energy from the bountiful sources of wind and solar power.

Piaui’s strategic significance lies in its capacity to provide cost-effective renewable ammonia from Brazil to Europe and beyond. Green Energy Park’s selection of Piaui as the first of a series of gigawatt upstream facilities signals a major step toward solidifying Piaui’s position as a global energy leader. This synergy combines the strengths of abundant renewable energy with Green Energy Park’s extensive distribution network, which initially focuses on European markets.
