£4.35 million will Progress UK Late-Stage Pipeline of 210MW

Elgin Energy (“Elgin” or “Elgin Energy”) and Focus Capital Partners (“Focus”) are pleased to announce the closure of their first fundraise for £4.35 million. Funds will be invested in a portfolio of 210 megawatts (MW) across several projects in the company’s UK late-stage pipeline.

Ronan Kilduff, Managing Director, Elgin Energy commented: “This engagement with Focus Capital Partners, a leading boutique corporate finance firm, demonstrates the strong demand that we are now witnessing for investment in clean energy technology. This partnership will expedite our progress in the delivery of unsubsidised UK solar projects and contribute towards UK net zero by 2050.”
