Plug Power Appoints Hoefelmann as General Manager

Following a 30-year tenure with Air Liquide, Ole Hoefelmann has been appointed as General Manager of Plug Power’s Electrolyser Business.

An expert voice in the global hydrogen economy, Hoefelmann holds extensive international experience spanning the US, Korea, France, Spain, Portugal and Germany, having notably served in many leading roles.

He has also served as Chair and Vice-Chair for the California Fuel Cell Partnership (CaFCP) and Vice-Chair of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Association (FCHEA).

To his new role, Hoefelmann will use his wealth of experience and be responsible for the sales, product management, product development and business strategy of Plug Power’s PEM electrolyser offering.
