The Nigerian Ministry of Petroleum Resources has announced that it will open a new round of bidding for oilfield development this year, involving 57 marginal oilfields.
The Nigerian Ministry of Petroleum Resources stated that both local companies and foreign investors interested in participating in Nigeria’s oil exploration and production operations can participate in the bidding. A series of procedures for the bidding process will be completed online, and the entire process is not expected to exceed six months.
