Zeekr, the electric vehicle brand under Geely Holding, has partnered with Shell to expand its charging infrastructure, aiming to provide seamless and efficient charging solutions for its users. This collaboration strengthens Zeekr’s commitment to enhancing electric vehicle accessibility across diverse regions.

The initial phase of the partnership integrates 666 Shell charging stations, offering over 12,000 high-quality charging terminals. Zeekr users can locate and use these stations through the Zeekr App or Zeekr Power mini program, with promotional discounts on service fees ranging from 20% to 60% to encourage adoption.

Zeekr Power has connected more than 1.29 million third-party charging terminals, ensuring comprehensive coverage across all prefecture-level cities in mainland China. This network includes 5,025 stations in highway service areas and 7,448 ultra-fast charging sites delivering at least 360kW of power, supporting quick and reliable charging for long-distance travel.

Beyond Shell, Zeekr has forged strategic alliances to bolster its network. In February 2025, Zeekr partnered with CAMS, enabling integration of over 1.1 million terminals, covering major cities and 83% of highway service areas. Additionally, in May 2025, Zeekr and GAC Energy agreed to share charging information, allowing users to access each other’s networks via their respective apps and mini programs.

Zeekr is also expanding its global charging infrastructure. On January 7, 2025, Zeekr Intelligent Technology’s CMO Guan Haitao stated: “We are accelerating the deployment of 800V ultra-fast charging infrastructure overseas.” The company plans to complete regulatory certifications in 2025 and collaborate with local partners to install 1,000 self-operated charging piles in markets such as Thailand, Singapore, Mexico, the UAE, Hong Kong of China, Australia, Brazil, and Malaysia.

This multi-faceted approach underscores Zeekr’s dedication to building a robust and accessible charging ecosystem, both domestically and internationally, to meet the growing demand for electric vehicles.
