CGN New Energy Zhejiang Daishan No. 4 Offshore Wind Farm Put into Pperation

Following the full-capacity commissioning of the 400,000-kilowatt offshore wind power project in Nanpeng Island, Yangjiang, Guangdong on December 16, China General Nuclear Power's new energy offshore wind power project delivered another good news: On December 25, Zhejiang Daishan No. 4, 234,000-kilowatt offshore wind power project achieved 54 wind turbines Put into production and operation at full capacity.

The project has an annual on-grid power of 618 million kwh, which can save 170,000 tons of standard coal and reduce the emission of about 470,000 tons of harmful gases. It will significantly improve the local energy structure and promote the development of ecological economy.

On January 2, 2019, the main project of Zhejiang Daishan No. 4 offshore wind power project officially started, and the first batch of units were connected to the grid on December 26, 2019.
