How Lighting Company Signify Went 100% Carbon Neutral

In September, Signify, formerly Philips Lighting, became a fully carbon neutral company.

Since announcing its commitment at the Cop21 climate summit in Paris, the company has shifted to energy efficient technologies, optimised logistics, reduced business travel, and converted to 100% renewable electricity.

Harry Verhaar, Signify’s head of global public and government affairs, explains how the company reached its goal and why it’s important for other companies to follow suit.
